Grand Norway is 17-day independent program featuring a roundtrip sailing from Bergen to Bergen, two nights in Oslo, two nights in Bergen and a scenic train journey from Oslo to Bergen.

DAY 1 - DEPART THE U.S. (or arrange your own flights and receive air credit)
This evening depart from the U.S. on your transatlantic flight to Oslo.

DAY 2 - ARRIVE IN OSLO
Arrive at Oslo Airport. Transfer by train to downtown Oslo. The rest of the day is at your leisure to explore the city's world-class museums and shops. Overnight in Oslo.

DAY 3 - OSLO - B
Breakfast at your hotel. Day at leisure to explore the great cultural sites – including the Munch and the Viking Ships Museums – using your Oslo Card, which provides free admission to most sites and access to the local public-transportation system.

DAY 4 - OSLO/BERGEN/EMBARKATION - B, D
Breakfast at your hotel. Travel to Bergen via the Bergen Railway, a spectacular ride through Norway's famous fjord country. This evening, board your Norwegian Coastal Voyage ship.

DAYS 5-14 - THE NORWEGIAN COASTAL VOYAGE - B, L, D
Sail at a leisurely pace during this roundtrip journey along the coast of Norway. You'll sail from Bergen, crossing the Arctic Circle, to Kirkenes, and back. Ports called upon during the night on the northbound sail will be visited during the day southbound. Highlights include: Alesund's Art Nouveau architecture, the scenic Geirangerfjord (April 15-September 11), ancient Trondheim, and the lively university town of Tromso.

DAY 15 - DISEMBARKATION/BERGEN - B, L, D
You'll have the afternoon and evening free in Bergen. Enjoy a three-course dinner in the evening.

DAY 16 - BERGEN - B
Day at leisure in Bergen; tour the colorful Fish and Flower Market, the old harbor area, and the Hanseatic Museum using your Bergen Card for free admission to many cultural attractions. Overnight in Bergen.

DAY 17 - DEPART OSLO/ARRIVE IN THE U.S. - B
Depart Bergen/Arrive in the U.S. Today you'll return to the U.S.
