Highlights of Norway is a 12-day Program featuring a northbound sailing from Bergen to Kirkenes, three nights in Oslo, one night in Bergen and a scenic train journey from Oslo to Bergen.

DAY 1 - DEPART THE U.S. ON SAS
This evening depart from the U.S. on your SAS transatlantic flight to Oslo.

DAY 2 - ARRIVE IN OSLO
Arrive at Oslo Airport, transfer by train to downtown Oslo. The rest of the day is at your leisure – worth a visit is the City Hall on the waterfront – spend the night in Oslo.

DAY 3 - OSLO - B
Breakfast at your hotel. Day at leisure to explore the city's great cultural sites – including the Akershus Fortress Museum – using your Oslo Card, which provides free admission to most sites and access to the local public-transportation system.

DAY 4 - OSLO/BERGEN - B, D
Take the scenic journey on the Bergen Railway to Bergen. Enjoy a three-course dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Bergen.

DAY 5 -BERGEN/EMBARKATION - B, D
Tour the historic city that is the capital of Norway's fjord district. Board your Norwegian Coastal Voyage ship this evening.

DAYS 6-10 - THE NORWEGIAN COASTAL VOYAGE - B, L, D
Sail at a leisurely pace along the fjord-filled west coast. You will cross the Arctic Circle on your way to Kirkenes, near the Russian border. This journey's highlights include Alesund's Art Nouveau architecture, the spectacular Geirangerfjord (April 15-September 14), ancient Trondheim, and the magnificent Lofoten Islands.

DAY 11 - DISEMBARKATION/KIRKENES/OSLO - B
Disembark in Kirkenes in the morning and fly to Oslo. Transfer to downtown. Overnight at your hotel.

DAY 12 - DEPART OSLO/ARRIVE IN THE U.S. - B
Transfer to Oslo Airport for your SAS return flight back to the U.S.
