This
was the trip of a lifetime. We got to see the King and Queen when they come aboard
for dinner on the ship. Also, our ship rescued a fishing vessel with three fishermen.
I also got to meet a relative in Norway for the first time. All bonuses for me.
Thank you. - Betty Malm, Wisconsin, USA

Just a note to tell you that the trip was wonderful. The 'suite' was far
more than I expected... triple slider and double slider open on to a third
of the back of the ship plus a window on the side! A king size bed...
by American standards. Champagne and fruit the first day. My husband was
impressed. Having our own space made the trip extra special. The scenery
was spectacular. The weather was much warmer than expected. We appreciate
your helping us put together such a memorable trip. - Roni, U.K.
Scandinavian
Sampler Tour, Norwegian Coastal Voyage
Thought I
would touch base with you about our wonderful Norwegian trip. The Iceland
stay was just wonderful - cramed lots of tours into the 2 days we were
there. The Norwegian trip was wonderful. The weather was perfect the whole
time we were there. The North Cape tour was super - probably 75 degrees
there. The MS Midnatsol was a neat ship. We had super tablemates. The
interior accomodations were just fine - when one spends time on deck watching
the scenery, who needs a window in the cabin! Our stay in Oslo at the
end was really great. We were both Sonja Henie fans - so 'her' Raddison
was fun for us. I guess the only downside was the train trip from Oslo
to Bergen - beautiful as the scenery was, it was so VERY hot on the train
and crowded the last hour and a half. We really had a fantastic time and
we do thank you for your patience and availability thru our planning period.
It was a very memorable trip. The best to you - David and Jan Burmeister,

Norwegian
Holiday, Norwegian Coastal Voyage
It was a wonderful trip and we have been telling all our friends about
it. It was made especially excellent because of your help to us in our
planning. Your prompt and thorough answers to all of our questions was
greatly appreciated. It was a "Trip of a lifetime." Our trip was especially
interesting because of the TV Documentary which was being made -- including
spending a lot of time in the Trollfjord and turning around in there about
6 times. Also a helicopter landed on the ship (as part of the Documentary.)
Once again, we thank you for all your help in making the trip more enjoyable
for us. - David and Sylvia Kuch, Pennsylvania, USA

The
Hurtigruten trip was incredibly beautiful. The new 2003-built Midnatsol
is a wonderful ship. There are great views of the fjords, the islands,
the sea, the channels, the villages, from everywhere on the ship. It doesn't
matter if the weather is cold, hot, wet or whatever, a person can enjoy
the trip from inside or outside at any time of day or year. The food was
tremendous and the staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. We would
recommend it to anyone. I would also recommend an outside cabin with a
porthole over an inside cabin because that way, the cruise is always a
part of your day or night. Thanks for your help.

Have been
meaning to email and tell you how much we enjoyed our Cruise/Tour of Norway.
The Hotel Bristol in Oslo was wonderful, full of old European charm. The
hotel in Bergen was certainly very adequate, not as wonderful as the Bristol.
We chose to use our dining coupon in the restaurant with the Unicorn name
(the Norwegian word escapes me) and despite some so-so service very much
enjoyed it and even recommended it to some people we met aboard ship who
were headed back to Bergen. The side-trip from Geiranger to Molde was
marvelous...the dinner in Molde was OK, but not up to the standard of
the rest of the tour. The other side trips we took were very enjoyable...except
for Bodo. There really isn't much to that trip. We especially enjoyed
our trip to Nordkapp. The Trollfjord ship was great...the food was wonderful,
accommodations just what we expected...the large forward lounges were
great for sight-seeing as we sailed. In the final analysis, the trip was
everything we had hoped for...we had a beautiful event of the midnight
sun one night and got to Nordkapp...those were my personal 2 goals for
the trip. So, thank you for helping us to find the trip we wanted and
I hope our critiques can be useful. - Steve and Jan Kremenik, California,

We
had a fabulous time from start to finish. We loved every minute of it
and we want to thank you for putting together what was the trip of a lifetime!
If we have any regrets, it would be that we didn't listen to you the first
time and spend two nights in Oslo and Bergen. Actually, we could have
spent weeks in Oslo and Bergen, as they were wonderful. As it was, the
2 hotels we stayed in were perfect and the locations were first rate.
It was great to be able to walk down to the train station in Oslo. The
Trollfjord is a wonderful ship and the voyage was everything we had hoped
for X100. We took some photos that we can't believe-such fabulous scenery.
Unfortunately the computers were not equipped for emailing photos and
the ability to email was hampered by the satellite, but we got enough
messages to know our boys and dog were fine, so no problem there. Anyway,
we can't thank you enough for putting together a holiday we'll never forget.
So, this comes with another big cyber-hug from 2 Canadian fans. Take care
and God bless - Wendy, Canada

Polarlys, Norwegian Coastal Voyage We've
just got back from what my partner described as the best holiday she's ever had.
I can't disagree. Everything about the trip was even better than we'd imagined.
The spectacular scenery more than lived up to our expectations - - truly breath-takingly
beautiful; the bird-life - - and we're bird-watchers - - was varied and exotic
(especially on one of the tours we took); the food (we'd not even given this a
thought when we booked) was mouth-wateringly delicious (we've put on about 5 kilos
each) and the staff/crew were unfailingly helpful and friendly. There was a very
good mix of people on board. We learned a great deal about Norwegian history and
saw most impressive examples of architecture, both ancient and modern. It lifted
our spirits to go on this journey. We will certainly take this trip again and
my partner wants all her friends to come on this voyage to celebrate her 60th
birthday (still some way off). Anyway, thank you very much for organising this
journey for us - - everything went like clockwork. Everyone should have the opportunity
to take this magnificent journey! - Nick Cooper, U.K.

Thank you so much for getting my wife and me set up for the Norway cruise. We
got back last weekend and had the best vacation ever! Everything worked without

Thank you very much for making our cruise a pleasant, very memorable,
great and wonderful. We really had a good good time. Thanks for choosing
the right cabin. It was so convenient, that is; it was so close to the
main exit, lift, reception and exit from the passage way and also to the
dinning hall. It was so very convenient to step out even it it was a brief
stop. The food was great, the staffs were all smiley and concerned. EVERYTHING
WAS A WOW!!!!!!!! Thanks again. - S.K., Singapore

Norway
is a wonderful country. We had a great time there. Thanks to the cruise
we got to see parts which would never have been part of our itinerary.
The change in topography, the midnight sun and just being in the Arctic
Circle were thrilling moments for us. The rooms were very small but luckily
we were able to upgrade to the Ship's Suite, which was a fantastic room.
That made our trip even better. The stay at Balestrand was very enjoyable
too, but a little hectic due to the traveling. We have recommended you
to a lot of people and some of them may get in touch with you. The only
disincentive for most people here is that reaching there is very expensive
(no direct flights) and the cost of traveling, boarding and lodging in
Scandinavia is very high. Thanks so much for everything! - A.V.S.,

Dream, Norwegian Cruise Line
Greetings
from Scotland. Thank you for arranging a wonderful cruise on the Norwegian Dream.
Everything went well - the two nights in London and then the twelve days on board
were great. We are now back with fond memories having seen interesting places
and met fine people. This morning we received an e-mail from a couple in New Hampshire
reminiscing on the happy time we had together on the ship. Thank you again for
the efficient and friendly way you arranged the cruise. We shall continue to mention
your name to anyone we know who is planning a cruise. Keep well. Isabel

Polar Star, Spitsbergen Cruise Just to let you know that all went well.
The Polar Star is a great ship with a happy, efficient hotel staff and crew. Our
cabin was excellent, well worth paying the extra. We saw two polar bears on the
drift ice quite close to the ship on our first evening out which was a big bonus.
The ice conditions were quite unusual for the time of year so some landings were
aborted. However, we made it to 80 degrees 51 minutes north and managed to circumnavigate
Spitsbergen, the first ship of any type to do so this year. We saw walrus (many),
arctic foxes with cubs and in one fjord about six beluga whales. All in all it
was a great trip and a memorable experience. Kind regards - Carol Brodie, U.K.

Trollfjord, Norwegian Coastal Voyage Having
just left the Lofoten Islands and now well and truly on our way home, sadly, I
felt I must send you a few words to express my gratitude for providing us with
such a wonderful experience. I have always said to our daughters, when going to
a cinema, that the hallmark of a good film is feeling when it finishes you could
stay seated and watch it all over again. That is exactly how I am feeling right
now! The standard of service, from top to bottom, has been superbe, the food excellent,
the scenery unbelievable and, out of your control of course, the weather for the
most part has been beautiful, especially whilst we crossed over the top of Europe
and back which was when it really mattered. We just did the coach tour down to
Stamsund and that was the icing on the cake! We shall be sorry to disembark but
will have wonderful memories. Thank you. Judith Corney, Isle of Wight,

Kong Harald, Norwegian Coastal Voyage We
thoroughly enjoyed our entire trip to Norway but have a few observation which
might be of interest to you . The cruise ship the Kong Harald was clean and comfortable
and the crew from the Captain to the Cabin ladies were all very polite , helpful
and cheerful and the food and service were "par excellence", but the "on board
entertainment" was non-exsistant. Overall the trip was very good value , both
hotels (Artic Riga in Kirkenes and Strand in Bergen) were great and good value
and we enjoyed the Scenic Rail trip to Oslo. We also found the Norwegian people
to be warm and friendly and the whole country was very 1st world and well run,
with English spoken by nearly everybody. Booking through you was financially prudent
,as you passed on some good discounts, generally the normal cost of living in
Norway is very high by world standards. The expensive part of the trip were the
Air Fares from Oslo to Kirkenes, perhaps you should try and arrange some discount
deal with Braathens for your clients who wish to take the one-way cruise. Otherwise,
it was a most memorable and worthwhile experience and would recommend your organisation
to everybody, as the trip went without a single hitch. -

Unfortunately, we are back home. The cruise was great and all I can say is
that it matched all our expectations - everything that was promised was delivered
at the best level, beginning with the Norwegian landscape. Only Nordkapp was in
a dense fog, but no one is to be blamed for that; it's only a good reason to go
back once! The Tour Manager, I think his name was Magnus, did a great job - sometimes,
he gave a strong feeling of being ubiquitous! Maybe you have a way to send him
all our best regards. Others in the staff were not so nice: a so-called "head
waitress" was quite strange. And, last but not least, you gave all the support
we needed - from guidelines to cabin selection, from planning to hotel booking
and even to sending faxes to Copenhagen! You should know that your patience and
competence were decisive factors in our decision to take the cruise. We are very
grateful and shall recommend your company to all our friends, Mr. President! -

just want to tell you that I have arrived safely from Svalbard, and want to thank
you - the cruise was just great! See photos.
I haven't written specific titles to each photo, as they are all taken in Svalbard

a female. We also saw two bears, the female bear and her two year old female cub.

Celebrity Cruises And
this is a very overdue letter to you .. We spoke many times of writting to you
and thank you for your assistance with the arrangements and also let you know
that it was a wonderful trip. The itinerary is great, you get a little of everything,
enough to taste and leave you wishing for more. You get to know a small and a
big city in Norway and different nature (fjord and glacier). We enjoyed the days
at sea before and after Norway and I think they are very important for the distinction
between the different aspects of the cruise. I think that the cruise should be
a little longer, 10 to 12 days. Anyway the ports were varied and beautiful. The
ship is very beautiful, very comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and everything
was very professional, we were really impressed. There are a lot of varied activities
in the ship for all ages and interest. We do not have a lot of experience in cruises
since this is only our third and the most luxurious but my brother that does have
a lot of experience was impressed with the ship, and everything else including
security, that is an important issue these days. I noticed that next year this
cruise is not offered and I think it is a pity because it is a beautiful area
and a great way to see it. I think it is one of the few cruises that you can enjoy
the sightseeing not only by going down on the ports but also as you cruise. We
keep your details with us and we will contact you when planning another vacation.

Thank
you for your help arranging the cruise in Norway. My wife and myself were
very satisfied. We relaxed while enjoying the wonderful Norwegian landscape
and the delicious meals on board. This was our first cruise experience,
and I have a "luxury episode" to report. I was seriously worried
about gaining too much weight on board due to the delicious meals. So
I started the walking exercise 10 rounds on the upper deck every
morning and afternoon! As a result, I got the honorable nickname "Mr.
Excersise" from an English tour group! Anyway, thanks again to your

Trollfjord, Norwegian Coastal Voyage
Well
I am back in Beirut, after having had a wonderful cruise on the Trollfjord.
It truly was a grand experience. I wonder if you had heard -- the northbound
journey was cut short at Honningsvag because of a terrible storm. I arrived
the following day at Kirkenes Airport, again in a driving snow storm,
to discover that the vessel had not arrived. The company then bussed us
for nine hours to Honningsvag to catch the ship the same evening. The
bus ride was a real bonus. The countryside between Kirkenes and Honningsvag
was spectacular, especially in the snow. We saw reindeer, and all manner
of interesting things. The following morning, the sun shone brightly,
and stayed shining for the entire journey. It was simply beautiful. And
the vessel itself was luxury. I enjoyed the entire trip immensely. Thank
you very much for all your work in putting it together. I will recommend
your services for anyone planning a trip to Norway. Vincent

Midnatsol, Norwegian Coastal Voyage
We are
back from our holiday in Norway and we enjoyed it immensely. It really
is a very beautiful country with a lot of pleasant people. The cruise
was the highlight of the trip and all the arrangements were perfect. It
certainly was the most beautiful voyage we have done so far. The cabin
638 was exactly as you described it. It is one of the two cabins that
offers a good limited view (the limitation is in the vertical direction
due to the life boat which is above). The other one is the 636 but the
view from 638 is much better. All the other cabins around are obstructed
by the containers placed on the deck (that hold the life jackets) and
the lowering mechanisms. I shall send you a couple of pictures that I
took giving you the view from cabin 638 (as soon as I have downloaded
it on to my computer). The photos will convince your future customers
more easily than I was. Since you are on the promenade decks or the viewing
galleries when going through the most beautiful parts of the trip and
you spend very little time in the cabin (only when you sleep), I think
your recommendation was certainly the most cost effective solution. Thank
you very much for organising it all. To set the record straight, even
the panoramic viewing galleries on decks 8 and 9 have "obstructed views"
(the supports for the glass, the railings, etc etc). I wondered why a
better design was not possible to give a really full panoramic view. The
weather was good, except for a few days with rainy and cloudy patches,
and we enjoyed more than two full days of the midnight sun! The only small
regret was that we had to go through the Sound close to the Trollfjord
(I need the map to remember all the names) in thick fog (but that in itself
was an experience). Trollfjord was in bright sunshine!! The rapidly changing
weather conditions was also an experience. The excursions were great and
the scenery beautiful. City tour of Tromse (sorry about the spelling)
was disappointing. We added the Svartissen trip and was well worth it.
